The chefs from the Casa Del Moro restaurant present an impressive and diverse collection of recipes, which evoke their travel through Spain and Morocco. Their first book, "Moro: The Cookbook" won the Silver Ladle Award.
Synopsis
The Moro restaurant was born out of a desire to cook within the wonderful tradition of Mediterranean food, and to explore exotic flavours little known in the UK.
